We have updated the Bug Reporting Program, an initiative created to encourage players to report issues, bugs, or unexpected behavior found in the game.

This program was previously announced and works as follows: any player can report bugs related to the game, and rewards are granted according to the severity of the reported issue, after review by the administrative team.

How it works

Find a bug

Noticed something wrong in the game, the website or the client? Write down where and how it happened.

Report it

Open a support ticket with the details, screenshots or videos. The more information you send, the faster the review.

Get rewarded

After the team reviews it, you receive a reward according to the severity of the bug.
